Blanc de Blancs Monts de Vertus, Veuve Fourny
Description
In order to clarify the origin of Veuve Fourny's different localities, this wine is called Monts de Vertus. It is composed solely of Chardonnay, from vines which are over 50 years old, located in the middle of a hillside of chalky topsoil, which produces wines to be kept, with their very pure, mineral and saline style. Open this bottle when you want to experience an unforgettable moment. Aged in bottles, for a minimum of 5 years, on lees in 19th century cellars with a low and constant temperature.

Producer Details
The attention to detail displayed by Emmanuel and Charles-Henry Fourny is astonishing. They are making some of the most exciting wines in Champagne and are emerging as stars of their generation. They practice their own lutte raisonnée which is organic in the vineyards, and prune very short to restrict yields.
