Tannat Les Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Capmartin
Description
A very progressive estate, Domaine Capmartin is now striving towards Biodynamic certification. Wines are made with no added sulphur, with minimum intervention, wild fermentation and certified organic fruit. This tannat is made from old vines (minimum 40 years, some pre-Phylloxeric vines), fermented in concrete tanks and aged for 12 months in concrete before bottling. The resulting wine is soft and supple with juicy fruit, beautifully ripe soft tannins and lovely rounded finish. Produced Biodynamically.
