This gin contains no artificial additives or flavours, and sources rhubarb juice from English farms. The juice is cold-pressed to capture the full character of the fruit, before being blended with vacuum-distilled gin and carefully sweetened to balance the rhubarb’s natural tartness.
It displays the perfect balance of sweet and sour, and is delicious sipped neat over ice, or served with your favourite mixer and a slice of lemon. For a touch of luxury, why not try a ‘Sussex 75’ by adding to a glass of fizz with a squeeze of lemon juice and sugar syrup.
