Malbec, Luigi Bosca
Description
Amazing concentration with layers of black fruit, tobacco and chocolate flavours with soft vanilla overtones. [NB Up until this vintage, this wine has always been known as Malbec Reserva. Due to a change in the wine laws in Argentina, they have been forced to drop the word "Reserva" from the label. The wine however remains the same.]

In 1890 Leoncio Arizu, member of the fourth generation of the winemakers who pioneered top quality winemaking in Europe, arrives in Argentina from Spain and settles in Mendoza. As soon as he discovers Luján de Cuyo, he marvels at this place which is reminiscent to his native homeland, and begins planting vineyards with European vines. Today the Luigi Bosca Estate is one of the most respected in Argentina.
