Description
Intense purple red colour. The nose is opulent but well balanced with summer fruit aromas such as strawberry, blackcurrant but also plum. The finish is finely spiced with fragrances of truffle and mocha. The front of the palate is particularly harmonious with silky tannins. Beautiful truffle notes, black olive tapenade, boxwood, black fruits express a beautiful intensity underlined by a beautiful finish on peppermint of exceptional freshness. This wine, by its blend, its elegance, expresses well this atypical terroir of the altitude vines of La Livinière.
