Kaori Rioja Blanco
Description
The finesse resulting from six months in oak barrels and the work with the finest lees result in a mineral, balsamic and rounded wine that combines with the Japanese gastronomic tradition of the different preparations of fish, sushi and sashimi, as well as the sweet and sour notes and the crunchy sensations of the rice bases of the nigiri. This wine is designed to enhance the flavours of such a delicate gastronomy, so rich in nuances and contrasts. Our Ontañón Kaori has an elegant, dry wine profile, with good acidity and flashes of salinity ideal for oriental cuisine.
