Fog Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Description
A meeting of Old World and New World styles. This is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a dash of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah alongside traditional Bordeaux varieties, aged in oak for 6 months to add a hint of spice. Luscious flavours of dried plums, dates, redcurrants and bright berries with soft tannins and a polished, lingering finish.
