Fermented in stainless steel tanks using 50% whole clusters following a 14 day cold soak. Seductive aromas of pomegranate, red cherry fruit and dried flowers continue on to the palate where orange zest adds aromatic lift. The supple palate is bright with hints of spice and a long, layered finish.
