Chassagne Montrachet Rouge Vieilles Vignes, Bruno Colin
Description
Less well-known than its white wine sibling, Bruno Colin's fine red Chassagne-Montrachet comes from 45+ year old vines (hence 'Vieilles Vignes') grown on four clay-limestone parcels to the east of the village. Bruno Colin's Chassagne-Montrachet rouge has aromas of ripe fruits - it is rich and concentrated with a chewy texture. It also has excellent ageing potential, up to ten years from vintage.
