The Cartology it has become one of South Africa’s most sought-after white wines. The blend and vineyard source remain constant with 90% Chenin blended with 10% Semillon. This wine has attractive aromas of fresh sliced apples, stone fruits, citrus zest, wet stones and traces of honeysuckle. Gorgeous textural richness. Remarkably well balanced with excellent focus. A touch of acidity. An incredible wine that should not be missed.
