Speyside Distillers Spey Tenne Single Malt

Initially aged in Bourbon barrels, this whisky is then finished in freshly emptied Tawny Port casks for 6 months. The wood imparts a bright, rose hue and sweet port warmth to the whisky. On the nose, this whisky is lightly fruity with a hint of faded pot pourri. On the palate,the texture is light, sweet and faintly fruity with a trace of almonds on the finish.
