Aging wine steel for 6-12 months from harvest and at least 6 months in bottle. this wine is ready to drink in 12-24 months. The color is deep ruby intense, the perfume is intense, elegant and persistent. The flavor has sweet notes of raspberry and cherry. Pairs well with beef braised in red wine, but it can be excellent with game, pasta with shaved white truffles.
